Banana Pudding Recipe Using Instant Pudding Mix

To make banana pudding using instant pudding mix, you will need the following ingredients:- 1 (3.4 ounce) package of instant vanilla pudding mix- 2 cups of cold milk- 1 can (14 ounces) of sweetened condensed milk- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract- 1 box (11 ounces) of Nilla Wafers- 4 ripe bananas, sliced- 1 container (8 ounces) of whipped topping, thawedDirections:
Step 1 - In a large bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix, cold milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Step 2 - In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer the Nilla Wafers and sliced bananas, alternating between the two until they cover the bottom of the dish.
Step 3 - Pour half of the pudding mixture over the Nilla Wafers and bananas, spreading it evenly across the dish.
Step 4 - Repeat the process by adding another layer of Nilla Wafers and sliced bananas, and then pour the remaining half of the pudding mixture over the top, spreading it evenly.
Step 5 - Top the pudding with the thawed whipped topping, spreading it evenly across the top of the pudding.
