Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract.

- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
